• While polishing may improve the appearance of surface scratches, Baskara is not responsible for repairing any damage to the jewelry incurred from normal wear and tear, improper use or storage, excessive force, or exposure to chemicals. 
• Cleaning and polishing any jewelry that was not purchased from Basakra in-person or online is not included in this service. Proof of purchase is required.
• Shipping fees apply. Once we’ve received the piece please allow 5-10 business days to complete the service before shipping the package back to you.
