Refund policy
Since most of our pieces are made-to-order we don’t offer refunds, but we’re happy to provide exchanges or store credit within 14 days of delivery.
Eligibility
To qualify for an exchange or store credit:
- Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging.
- You’ll need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Custom pieces and earrings are non-exchangeable for hygiene and personalization reasons.
- Sale items and gift cards are final sale.
How to start an exchange
- Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
- We’ll confirm your request and provide return instructions.
- For Canadian customers, we’ll send you a prepaid return label
- Customers outside Canada are responsible for return shipping costs
Items sent back without first contacting us won’t be accepted.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us right away. We’ll cover return shipping and make it right with a replacement or store credit.
EU Customers
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have a legal right to return your order within 14 days of delivery, even if it doesn’t meet our standard exchange policy. Custom pieces and earrings are still excluded. Unless the item is faulty, customers are responsible for return shipping.
Processing your exchange
Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll confirm by email. Approved exchanges are processed as store credit or a swap for another piece, usually within 10 business days.
