What is your return policy?
Since most of our pieces are made-to-order, all sales are final.
In the rare event there’s an issue with your order, such as a damaged or defective item, we’re here to help. If you have any concerns, please contact us within 2 weeks of receiving your order, and we’ll do our best to assist you.
Is it hypoallergenic?
Yes! We only use high quality, nickel-free materials, ensuring they’ll be safe to wear and won’t turn your skin green (a common side effect from gold-plated jewelry). Our sterling silver, 14k gold fill, and 14k solid gold metals are all hypoallergenic. To learn more about the materials we use check out Our Materials
How do I determine my ring size?
The best way to determine your ring size is to visit a local jeweler and have it measured in person. Another option is to add this ring sizer to your order and measure at home. If your size isn’t listed on our site, feel free to reach out to us and we’ll create a custom size just for you. All of our rings are handcrafted and made-to-order—we can even create quarter sizes to ensure the perfect fit.
When will I receive my order?
Baskara is a one-woman show! Pieces are made-to-order and handcrafted, packaged, and shipped by yours truly. Current production time is approximately 2 weeks (5-10 business days). Shipping will depend on delivery location and which option you select. At checkout various options will be available for standard and express shipping.
