What is your return policy?

Since most of our pieces are made-to-order we don’t offer refunds, but we’re happy to provide exchanges or store credit within 14 days of delivery.

Eligibility

To qualify for an exchange or store credit:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging.
  • You’ll need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Custom pieces and earrings are non-exchangeable for hygiene and personalization reasons.
  • Sale items and gift cards are final sale.

How to start an exchange

  1. Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
  2. We’ll confirm your request and provide return instructions.
  • For Canadian customers, we’ll send you a prepaid return label.
  • Customers outside Canada are responsible for return shipping costs

Items sent back without first contacting us won’t be accepted.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us right away. We’ll cover return shipping and make it right with a replacement or store credit.

Processing your exchange

Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll confirm by email. Approved exchanges are processed as store credit or a swap for another piece, usually within 10 business days.

Is it hypoallergenic?

Yes! We only use high quality, nickel-free materials, ensuring they’ll be safe to wear and won’t turn your skin green (a common side effect from gold-plated jewelry). Our sterling silver, 14k gold fill, and 14k solid gold metals are all hypoallergenic. To learn more about the materials we use check out Our Materials

How do I determine my ring size?

The best way to determine your ring size is to visit a local jeweler and have it measured in person. Another option is to add this ring sizer to your order and measure at home. If your size isn’t listed on our site, feel free to reach out to us and we’ll create a custom size just for you. All of our rings are handcrafted and made-to-order—we can even create quarter sizes to ensure the perfect fit.

How do I clean my jewelry?

When will I receive my order?

Baskara is a one-woman show! Pieces are made-to-order and handcrafted, packaged, and shipped by yours truly. Current production time is approximately 2 weeks (5-10 business days). Shipping will depend on delivery location and which option you select. At checkout various options will be available for standard and express shipping.
