Processing Times

Current processing time is 5-12 business days to make and package your piece(s).
This does not include the time that it takes to ship your package. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen delivery method.
  • Free shipping promotions (if applicable) will be clearly noted on our website.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary by location and carrier. Once your order has shipped, the timeline is generally:

  • Canada: 2–7 business days
  • USA: 5-10 business days
  • International: 10-21 business days (may be longer depending on customs processing in your country)

Please note that delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

International Orders

For international shipments, your order may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees once it reaches your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Baskara Jewelry has no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your package has been handed over to the carrier, Baskara Jewelry is not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen items. If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your package, please contact the carrier directly. We’ll do our best to support you, but we cannot replace items lost due to carrier error or theft.
