Our Process
We’re committed to creating beautiful jewelry that’s made sustainably and has positive social impact. These values shape each step of our process - from the materials we source to the classic designs we craft and the eco-friendly packaging we use.
We’re always learning and finding new ways to improve, but here’s what we’re doing right now to reflect these values.
Material Selection
Carefully curated
- We exclusively use 14-karat gold fill, .925 sterling silver, and/or solid gold metals for all designs. These high quality metals are made to last, unlike fast fashion alternatives such as gold plating, gold vermeil, and silver plating.
- Our suppliers are certified by the Responsible Jewellery Council (RJC), meaning their materials and business practices meet rigorous environmental, social, financial, and regulatory standards.
- All gemstones are ethically sourced from conflict-free mines. Whenever possible, gems are hand-selected and purchased locally from trusted vendors.
Design & Production
Created with you in mind
- Our designs are classic and timeless, made to reflect personal style instead of passing trends.
- Pieces are handcrafted in Vancouver, BC and made-to-order to eliminate excess waste. Recycled metals are used whenever possible, and any leftover materials are either reused for other pieces or donated to be recycled.
Packaging
Delivered with care
- All aspects of our packaging - mailers, printed info, wrapping, jewelry boxes - are all fully recyclable.
- Sturdy boxes are made to last and perfect for storing your jewelry (or any other small treasures!)
